My girlfriend and I recently became first time home buyers! We had met John before through some mutual friends and we felt that John would be would be a perfect match for us while looking for our first home. John did not disappoint! John met with us promptly after we expressed interest in looking for a home and was very helpful. John was very knowledgeable and explained the whole process to us which really put those nervous feelings about such a big purchase to rest. We were able to sift through a lot of homes and after our third viewing we found the perfect home! We are ecstatic with how the whole process went so smoothly and will highly recommend John to anyone who is considering buying a home!

I want to give a huge shout out and thank you to John and his team for making my home search and buying experience so wonderful. As a first time home buyer, I was very nervous about the process. John and Emily were knowledgeable, thorough, and kept spirits high as I navigated the unknown. My work schedule is oftentimes demanding, which meant I needed some flexibility to work with the team. John’s services came highly recommended to me and I can see why! He seriously knows his stuff. He helped my partner and I find our dream home and move on it quickly. He helped answer all our questions along the way. He managed our expectations about what we could expect from the sellers, but during negotiations, he got us everything we wanted.
