This recommendation is long overdo! My boyfriend and I recently purchased our first home in Gahanna and we used John as our realtor. We were able to purchase the 2nd house we viewed! He is friendly, helpful, easy to talk to, well educated on the buying process, and looks out for the best interest and needs of the buyer. We LOVE our new home and would 100% go with him in the future and recommend him to all friends and family. P.s. he will also kill spiders for you! lol

John Kohlhepp and the Embark Group were amazing and I highly recommend working with them! They helped us find our home in Columbus were super helpful. As a first time home buyer it can be a little scary starting the process but John did a great job walking me though everything and was able to answer all the questions that I had. I would definitely work with them again
